Who Supports Accountability BEFORE Approving Another Bond?
Measure QS is opposed by civic organizations, community leaders, residents, alumni, teachers, and staff.

Our students and teachers will continue to suffer in substandard facilities unless there is some accountability. The only way to get facilities that prioritize our students and teachers, instead of a few expensive buildings while other buildings continue to fall into disrepair, is to VOTE NO on QS.

“No one wastes more money than this incompetent and corrupt school board.. no more money."
"I have children in the district and would like to see taxpayer money spent on more pressing matters that support their education such as higher pay for more highly qualified teachers, credentialed and quality athletic coaches at Samohi, and clean bathrooms that are available to students. Fancy buildings with glass walls will not protect our children from school shooters, if the worst were to happen. They also don’t necessarily directly improve my children’s education. Enough waste of our tax dollars on items that receive little to no meaningful public input. What do the students want/need? Why isn’t the community asked to weigh in -in a substantive way- on the needs of our school and student body? What do the teachers want and need? Have they been surveyed? Why is a small number of school board members who do NOT have children currently in the district making all these important decisions in a vacuum (with the contractors who they are paying)?"
"The “temporary” classrooms at Grant elementary have been scheduled to be replaced since I moved here in 2004. They are still there."
